Nars opens its first boutique in New York

The make-up brand launched 16 years ago by François Nars has chosen to open its first directly operated store in New York. The launch date is in Spring of 2011 at 413 Bleecker Street in the West Village.

François Nars’s heart is caught between Paris and New York, but it was the Big Apple where the make-up artist, born in the South of France, chose to open his first independent boutique. He did so with the help of the Baron & Baron agency, who aided in the creation of the project.

This store on Bleeker street will allow Nars (from the Shiseido Group) to present and sell his cosmetics collection, including make-up, skin care products, nail varnish and accessories.

In France, the brand is available at the Bon Marché, in 4 sales points in Sephora, and online via his website.
