Roberto Cavalli Spring/Summer 2011 collection |
This is the brand’s second boutique in the British capital, in addition to the one located at 87-135 Brompton Road, and will offer all of its women’s ready-to-wear collections, as well as accessories, bags, small leather goods, eyewear and watches. Furthermore, the store also contains a space entirely dedicated to menswear.
Although the company’s revenue fell 6% to 176 million euros ($248 million) in 2010, its retail sales rose by 19% in the first quarter of 2011 and look set to continue to grow, according to a Reuters’ report. This is mainly thanks to new boutique openings, an increase in demand from the Chinese market (where stores are set to open from now until the end of the year) and also an expansion of its accessories segment.
