PARIS, March 3 (Reuters) - French cosmetics group L'Oreal said on Monday it sealed a deal to buy the 50 percent stake held by 3 Suisses International in Le Club des Createurs de Beauté for an undisclosed amount.
Created in 1987 by L'Oreal and 3 Suisses International, Le Club des Createurs de Beaute specialises in the direct selling of cosmetic products from designers. It markets its products through mail order and on the Internet.
