L'Oreal gets full control of Club des Createurs

PARIS, March 3 (Reuters) - L'Oreal will get full control of Club des Createurs de Beaute, as it agreed to buy the 50 percent stake held by 3 Suisses International for an undisclosed amount, the French cosmetics group said on Monday.

Created in 1987 by L'Oreal and 3 Suisses International, Le Club des Createurs de Beaute specialises in the direct selling of cosmetic products from designers. It markets its products through mail order and on the Internet.

The main brands of Le Club des Createurs de Beaute are Agnes b., Cosmence, Pr. Christine Poelman.

The company, which had 2007 sales of 111 million euros, is mainly established in France and Japan.
