The Olsen twins join the CFDA

Celebrity sisters the Olsen twins have officially joined the big names of the world of fashion. From now on, Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen will be a part of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), which brings together the biggest American designers.

The twins have been added for the work they have done for their two labels: The Row and Elizabeth & James. They will be joined by thirty one other new members, including Jason Wu and Alexander Wang.

Each year the council presents the highly sought after Fashion Awards, the Oscars of the fashion world.
